LIME RITA

3 oz Sauza Giro Gold Tequila or any Reposado or Anejo Tequila
1.5 oz Triple Sec
3 oz Lime Juice
1 oz (2 Tsp) Simple syrup
Approx. 2.5 cups of ice (about half of an average blender jar)

Mix ingredients in blender, slowly increasing speed as you go. Blend at the maximum setting until consistency is smooth and all small ice chunks are gone. Garnish with a juicy lime wedge. Enjoy!
